About the role
- At Serve Robotics, we’re reimagining how things move in cities; personable sidewalk robot for deliveries.
- Manage logistics operations: shipment schedules, booking, tracking, documentation, invoicing, data analysis.
- Plan and book shipments; allocate product based on needs (QA, Dev, advertising, market operations).
- Support continuous development of streamlined & automated processes; build processes and systems to manage logistics.
- Oversee processes for shipment tracking and alerting; manage and monitor ongoing shipments.
- Monitor logistics invoicing and payments to ensure alignment with quotes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a logistics, data analyst or supply chain role.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Highly skilled in leveraging spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), cloud file storage solutions (Drive, SharePoint, etc.), and ERP systems to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations.
