About the role
- Extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to produce meaningful reports
- Designing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business metrics and KPIs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored insights
- Performing trend analyses and developing forecasts to support strategic planning and operational efficiency
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement through data-driven workflow analysis
- Validating the accuracy and completeness of reports, ensuring data integrity at all times
- Providing ad hoc analyses to support time-sensitive business decisions
- Training and supporting team members in using reporting tools and interpreting data outputs
- Staying current with new data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices
- Applying AI technologies to automate reporting processes and enhance analytical capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and techniques for automating reporting and data analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Advanced SQL skills for querying and manipulating relational databases
- Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and automation
- Experience with ETL processes or managing data pipelines
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or financial systems such as Salesforce or SAP
- Exposure to statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
