• Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new digital marketing agencies into the Omnisend Partner Program;
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners, acting as their main point of contact and advocate within Omnisend;
• Training & Enablement: Provide agencies with the necessary training and resources to effectively sell and implement Omnisend solutions for their clients;
• Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing activities, including webinars, case studies, and joint events;
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve partner engagement and success;
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team and GTM teams to ensure that agency partners are effectively driving revenue and meeting their targets;
• Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from partners to help improve our product offerings, support processes, and partner program;
• Travel: Occasional travel to meet with partners and teams in person will be required to be successful.
