About the role

Engineer and build secure enterprise IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ
Install, customize, configure, and support IAM tools, including automated provisioning/deprovisioning
Lead technical design discussions and implement IGA platform enhancements (Beanshell, Java, PowerShell)
Define organizational constructs, naming conventions, and access roles with stakeholders
Identify opportunities for automation (e.g., onboarding/offboarding) and process improvements via scripting
Collaborate with IAM, network, and security architects to test, deploy, and optimize IAM solutions
Support user acceptance testing, bug resolution, and architecture documentation
Advise stakeholders on IAM best practices and compliance strategies

Ability to obtain DHS EOD clearance
Bachelor’s degree + 10 years’ experience, OR equivalent (AA + 12 years, MA + 3 years, or 16 years total experience)
Strong background in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and administration
Proficiency in developing and configuring application connectors
Experience providing RBAC solutions for cloud platforms (e.g., Azure)
Strong scripting/automation skills in JavaScript, XML, BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python
Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID)
Experience in cloud-first environments, preferably Azure
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Git, JIRA, Azure DevOps)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred: IdentityIQ Engineering Certification
Preferred: Experience documenting technical architectures
Preferred: Prior experience in government or highly regulated environments
