About the role

  • Provides senior technical leadership for architecting, developing, securing, testing, and sustaining C2SET software; integrates simulations, algorithms, and databases
  • Architect and implement software capabilities; ensure sustainment and modernization
  • Design, update, and migrate software, databases, simulations, algorithms
  • Integrate with AOC WS, ASCCE, ACE-IOS, and Joint federations
  • Lead full-stack and Agile development and produce development artifacts
  • Provide Tier I/Tier II exercise support and surge to 24/7 operations when required
  • Support domestic and international integration, fielding, and exercises (travel)

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • BS Degree - Experience may be considered in place of education requirement
  • 10+ years software/system development (C++, Python, AFSIM, databases, web services and apps)
  • Experience with AWS/Azure and RESTful architecture
  • 2+ years military mission planning/operations/wargaming
  • 2+ years simulation training with AOCs
  • Extensive experience in full stack development, agile development and artifacts
  • Clearance: U.S. citizen; Secret clearance at award, TS/SCI eligibility may be required
  • Travel: Must support domestic and international travel for integration, fielding, and exercises
  • Cybersecurity/Compliance: Support DoD RMF; comply with secure coding requirements; handle CUI/CDI IAW NIST SP 800-171 and DFARS 252.204-7012
  • Provide Tier I/Tier II support and surge to 24/7 operations when required
  • NDA signed, OPSEC compliance, contractor identification in meetings, manpower reporting via SAM.gov
