• Sustain/maintain legacy systems, models, and interfaces

Program Manager

• Lead all aspects of C2SET execution in coordination with the Government PM
• Manage operational, technical, financial, regulatory, reporting, security, logistics, and customer discussions for the C2SET program
• Interface with the PCO on contract matters
• Ensure software solutions meet established goals and Joint training commitments
• Lead risk management, subcontractor oversight, Agile cost control, quality assurance, and configuration management
• Provide exercise support: Tier I 24/7 Help Desk reach-back, Tier II 0800–1800 EST/EDST, and surge to 24/7 operations as required
• Support CONUS/OCONUS travel to government and coalition locations and submit trip reports within 5 working days

• Provides senior technical leadership for architecting, developing, securing, testing, and sustaining C2SET software; integrates simulations, algorithms, and databases
• Architect and implement software capabilities; ensure sustainment and modernization
• Design, update, and migrate software, databases, simulations, algorithms
• Integrate with AOC WS, ASCCE, ACE-IOS, and Joint federations
• Lead full-stack and Agile development and produce development artifacts
• Provide Tier I/Tier II exercise support and surge to 24/7 operations when required
• Support domestic and international integration, fielding, and exercises (travel)

• Architects and manages the M&S DevSecOps Platform for cloud and on-prem environments; ensures secure, reliable software pipelines and transition support.
• Architect and configure the M&S DevSecOps Platform.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and core platform services.
• Use GitLab, SonarQube, Fortify for secure DevSecOps processes.
• Design and maintain systems for high reliability/availability.
• Support transition engineering and integration.
• Support CONUS/OCONUS travel for integration, exercises, and sustainment.
• Support 24/7 surge, Tier I/Tier II help desk, and extended work weeks if required.
