• Own the full sales cycle in Switzerland: from outbound prospecting to long-term license agreements
• Proactively identify and engage target law firms and legal teams
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
• Run tailored, high-quality demos that reflect the reality of Swiss legal work
• Navigate complex buying processes involving partners, associates, and IT departments
• Handle objections around AI trust, data privacy, and legal risk with confidence
• Convert pilots into long-term customer relationships
• Maintain strong deal hygiene: clear next steps, follow-ups, CRM discipline
• Feed structured market insights back into product and leadership

Growth Marketing

• Own the full PLG acquisition funnel - from traffic generation to sign-up and activation - and continuously optimise it.
• Design and run growth experiments across SEO, paid, organic, outbound and content distribution.
• Develop, test, and optimise landing pages, signup flows, and website messaging to maximise conversion rates.
• Analyse user behaviour and funnel metrics to find friction points and experiment with solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to align PLG with SLG and broader go-to-market initiatives.
• Keep a pulse on growth trends in legal, AI, and B2B growth and actively bring new ideas to the table.
