About the role

  • Own the full PLG acquisition funnel - from traffic generation to sign-up and activation - and continuously optimise it.
  • Design and run growth experiments across SEO, paid, organic, outbound and content distribution.
  • Develop, test, and optimise landing pages, signup flows, and website messaging to maximise conversion rates.
  • Analyse user behaviour and funnel metrics to find friction points and experiment with solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to align PLG with SLG and broader go-to-market initiatives.
  • Keep a pulse on growth trends in legal, AI, and B2B growth and actively bring new ideas to the table.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; you enjoy digging into data and making decisions based on metrics.
  • A clear understanding of user behaviour, motivation, and decision psychology.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and experimentation tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and others to accelerate execution.
  • A solid understanding of SEO, landing page optimisation, and PLG experimentation frameworks.
  • Creativity paired with executional speed - you can move from idea to experiment within hours, not weeks.
  • Ability to prioritise and operate with high ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship.
