About the role
- Own the full sales cycle in Switzerland: from outbound prospecting to long-term license agreements
- Proactively identify and engage target law firms and legal teams
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
- Run tailored, high-quality demos that reflect the reality of Swiss legal work
- Navigate complex buying processes involving partners, associates, and IT departments
- Handle objections around AI trust, data privacy, and legal risk with confidence
- Convert pilots into long-term customer relationships
- Maintain strong deal hygiene: clear next steps, follow-ups, CRM discipline
- Feed structured market insights back into product and leadership
Requirements
- You have a legal background and/or 3+ years of experience selling to law firms or legal departments
- You’ve sold complex, trust-critical products (legal research, knowledge, compliance, or similar) before
- You listen more than you talk, communicate with precision and impact
- You enjoy selling to smart, skeptical professionals
- You are disciplined with CRM, follow-ups, and deal hygiene
- Native-level of Swiss German and fluent English
