About the role

  • Program manage the full life cycle of projects from the start, through implementation, customer releases, and validation
  • Be the communication liaison across different engineering teams
  • Track schedules, assess risks and communicate with customers on specific projects
  • Plan future project timelines in collaboration with the engineering and sales team

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor related technical program management
  • Strong technical skills, involving problem solving and root cause analysis in a pressured environment
  • Interpersonal skills of leadership, project management, communication, influencing and negotiation
  • Ability to simultaneously work with multiple partners and engineering teams
  • Experience guiding the full design cycle for complex mixed-signal designs
  • Experience with the full-ownership of design and project tracking metrics
  • Technical experience in analog or digital design
