• Prepare month-end journals, reconciliations, and reporting packs to support timely and accurate month-end close.

• Prepare and maintain quarterly Investment Portfolio Reports (IPRs).
• Prepare and maintain half year and full year investor presentations.

• Generate and maintain fund investor reports including fund level metrics.
• Expand and maintain attribution models for fund reporting.

FP&A Analyst

General Counsel

• Providing ongoing management, review and oversight of part of the existing portfolio of funded cases in the German speaking jurisdictions
• First-level assessment of potential merits of litigation funding opportunities, in which you will work closely with lawyers and claimants seeking funding
• Undertaking analysis of relevant legal issues or other issues as directed
• Conducting legal and factual due diligence on prospective funding opportunities and supporting the underwriting process
• Engaging with Omni colleagues across global offices on investment opportunities and company matters
