About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and maintain quarterly Investment Portfolio Reports (IPRs).
  • Prepare and maintain half year and full year investor presentations.
  • Contribute to Investor Day planning, content and delivery.
  • Produce and maintain the monthly CEO report.
  • Generate and maintain fund investor reports including fund level metrics.
  • Expand and maintain attribution models for fund reporting.
  • Generate and maintain insurance and co funder reports.
  • Respond to fund investor reporting queries.
  • Maintain Datasite (data room) structure, access, and controls.
  • Prepare board papers and reporting packs for fund board meetings.
  • Maintain LP specific reporting requirements and update LP register accordingly.
  • Perform P caps checks by reconciling SS&C reports to internal fund reports.
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of SS&C reporting outputs and controls.
  • Maintain the Master Portfolio File and portfolio level metric accuracy.
  • Maintain vintage reporting methodologies and outputs.
  • Support fund capital raises with metrics, reporting packs, and Q&A responses.
  • Proactively identify process and system improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation.
  • Adopt new tools and ways of working quickly and effectively.
  • Support team and wider business transformation and efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a results driven attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate a complex stakeholder environment and build relationships.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a high performing team.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines at the same time.
  • Aptitude for flexible work hours across different time zones.
  • Relevant experience in a similar analytical role.
  • Undergraduate qualification in Commerce / Business, or similar related field.
  • CPA / CA or equivalent qualifications preferred but not essential.
