About the role

  • Hold Manager position with all duties of Guest Services Manager
  • Responsibly for security of campus and able to respond to any crisis as they arise
  • Be available for and respond to all radio calls during entire work period
  • Answer and respond to all emergency situations
  • Ensure the safe care of all individuals, as necessary
  • Operation of a motor vehicle
  • Enforce all staff guidelines and policies including noise, drinking/smoking, etc.
  • Act as contact person for all 911 emergency calls
  • Coordinates the night radio/campus patrol team
  • Be visible on campus between the hours of 5pm and 11pm
  • Act as a representative of Omega during any/all issues that may arise: storms, power outages, noise, housing issues, etc.
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and act in a safe manner
  • Other duties as required by the Supervisor

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Supervisory/Managerial experience
  • Must possess knowledge of basic emergency response protocols, including First Aid and CPR procedures
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Timely, reliable, and service oriented individual
  • Team player
