• Lead a team responsible for developing innovative, dynamic experiences that keep members engaged in their health journey over time
• Collaborate with commercial, revenue cycle, engineering, and design teams to understand diverse needs and motivations of Omada’s customer segments
• Use AI and machine learning to deliver experiences that intuitively adapt to individual contexts and barriers
• Articulate vision, chart a strategic path forward, and set measurable milestones
• Pinpoint opportunities for improvement, test and learn quickly, and deliver impact at scale

Product Manager, Enterprise

Full-stack Engineer

• Operate at the seam of engineering disciplines to build systems, processes, and tools that empower mobile, web, and backend teams
• Build and maintain automated test infrastructure supporting mobile, web, and backend engineering teams
• Design and evolve CI/CD pipelines, test strategies, and test coverage tooling
• Create reusable testing playbooks and frameworks to help teams move faster without compromising quality
• Integrate and manage third-party tools for UI, API, and performance testing
• Collaborate closely with platform teams, application engineers, product and engineering managers to integrate testing early
• Lead testing strategy across critical projects, identifying risks and mitigating them through tooling and automation
• Evangelize best practices around testability, observability, and release hygiene

Senior Software Engineer, Engineering Experience

• You will be part of the development and operation of Omada’s digital health program infrastructure.
• You will play a key role building and scaling our platform one piece at a time, supporting our ability to deliver a personalized experience to program participants, and empowering our health coaches to deliver timely and effective interventions
• You will work closely (including pair programming) with the rest of the Platform team, collaborating frequently with internal customers from our Product Engineering teams, InfoSec, IT, and beyond
• You will build cross-functional relationships with software engineers, AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and technical program managers to understand their needs, and to deliver solutions addressing those needs.
• You will manage high availability services, with a thoughtful approach to designing redundancy and disaster recovery readiness.
• You will work with developers to design and improve developer tooling and capability, such as secrets management with Vault, or cloud development environments.
• You will maintain and enhance our Gitlab CI/CD infrastructure.
• You will mentor and guide the professional and technical development of team members.

Staff Software Engineer, Platform

Data Analyst

• Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and engage people in lifelong health, one step at a time.
• The client analytics team develops reports and data insights across employer and payer populations, using data spanning app engagement, clinical outcomes, behavioral health indicators, and claims.
• Partners with customer success teams to provide focus and effective data-driven narratives across over 1.5k customers and 600k members.
• The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Development and support of Tableau dashboards (or similar BI tools)
• Ad-hoc analysis to support customer insights and inquiries that drive further investment into the Omada programs
• Work closely with various data teams to improve data quality and reduce exceptions
• Define operational processes and support system enhancements that drive analytics and reporting support at scale
• Collaborate across multiple teams including analytics, data science, data engineering and architecture, clinical, and product
• About you: The ideal candidate should have the following Qualifications, Experience, and Education:
• At least 7+ years of rigorous BI solution design and programming experience
• Strong experience in designing and developing enterprise class BI applications
• Ability to analyze various data sets, and develop succinct key metrics
• Strong relational database design/development skills.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience working with distributed teams and mentoring team members
• Track record of working on multiple projects under aggressive deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Skills: Data Analysis and Visualization, Tableau, SQL, ETL, Databases, Data model and Excel.
