💰 $160,000 - $210,000 per year

About the role

  • Aid in the direct sales of the company’s capital equipment disposable product line and service offerings
  • Calls on and is responsive to existing and prospective customers to determine customer needs, concerns, issues, problems, and challenges
  • Territory Managers will provide solutions to solve customer issues while enhancing long-term relationships
  • Develop new accounts and grow business in existing accounts within established geographic territory
  • Exceed assigned Sales Targets and respond to requests for information and data from sales management
  • Understand and work within boundaries of all corporate policies and guidelines
  • Organizing and planning territory for efficient and productive coverage
  • Utilizing company's Promotional Programs, Financing Options, Placement & Leverage Agreements
  • Completing and maintaining sales paperwork, CRM, and other records in an orderly fashion
  • Providing necessary and appropriate post sales and support service to customers including installation assistance, training and troubleshooting problems
  • Ongoing follow up with customers during pre and post sales efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent sales/business experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of prior sales or marketing experience
  • Ability to travel within territory daily
  • Occasional need and ability to travel outside territory within region (overnight stays necessary)
  • Prior sales or marketing experience with medical devices or within a hospital medical environment is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of success
  • Must possess basic computer skills (MS Office)
