About the role
- Provide technical support for Oracle Retail Merchandising & iHub Cloud Service
- Handle escalated technical incidents (Level 2/Level 3)
- Identify and diagnose the root causes of issues impacting Merch operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless Oracle Retail system operations
- Maintain detailed records of troubleshooting efforts and issue resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in providing technical support for Oracle Retail systems
- Strong Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
