About the role
- Learn and apply the company's sales process and set appointments for senior reps to run and close deals
- Once fully ramped, manage the full sales process from start to finish using a consultative sales approach
- Perform 100% cold-calling to present digital marketing/SaaS solutions tailored to business owners
- Make approximately 70-80 outbound calls per day on average
- Overcome objections and secure new clients as Olly Olly customers (zero account management)
- Participate in daily team meetings and weekly trainings to refine sales skills
- Attend in-office training and adhere to set in-office schedule Monday-Friday
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to adapt and align to our sales processes & scripting, and being coachable
- Being accountable over yourself and your peers, such as being on time, sticking to process, and bringing your best every day
- A desire to exceed financial & personal goals, develop yourself further as a professional, and potentially grow into a leader in the organization
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound cold calls (70-80 calls per day on average)
- Possessing a “hunter mentality” and ability to overcome objections confidently
- Current, independent authorization to work in the United States and all I-9 required documentation (no visa sponsorship)
- Starting base salary of $45,000, paid weekly
- Opportunity to increase base salary up to $85,000 in as little as four months
- Uncapped commission structure with high upside (commissions can reach 170% of sales)
