About the role
- Hybrid role blending Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Project Coordination for the eRecording platform.
- Gather requirements, validate functionality, and coordinate execution of initiatives across county and submitter-facing applications.
- Serve as subject matter expert on real estate document types, submitter behavior, and county-level recording workflows.
- Lead coordination of multiple concurrent eRecording initiatives from discovery through deployment; manage timelines and communication plans.
- Translate requirements into test cases and test plans; perform manual testing and support UAT; track defects and enhancements in Jira or Azure DevOps.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of blended experience in business analysis, software testing, and project coordination.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience managing timelines and expectations for software-related projects, especially in a cross-functional environment.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid Agile delivery models.
- Comfortable using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Experience in the eRecording, title, or real estate technology sector. (Preferred)
- Understanding of document types (e.g., deeds, mortgages, affidavits) and recording compliance. (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of querying databases (SQL) or interpreting XML for validation. (Preferred)
- Familiarity with U.S. county recording practices and terminology. (Preferred)
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms or B2B integrations. (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (Preferred)
