Break down complex or high-level features and epics into smaller, detailed user stories that are easily understood and executable by development and QA teams.
Act as a liaison between product, development, and testing teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and bug fixes.
Conduct interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions with internal users to understand pain points, enhancement requests, and evolving business needs.
Partner with scrum master to define project scope, timelines, and resource needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field required.
5-10 years of experience in product analysis or related roles within technology environments.
Proven ability to define, document, and refine software product requirements using user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, development, quality assurance, support, marketing, and sales.
Hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Black Knight MSP and the broader Black Knight ecosystem, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, and SQL.
