Transformation Lead is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Architect to support the implementation Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution for our client. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This is a hands-on architect role that blends solution design, implementation, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards.
Develop architecture diagrams, data models, and integration strategies.
Implementation & Customization
Configure, optimize, and extend Dynamics 365 applications.
Build plugins, workflows, and scripts to enhance functionality.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise platforms.
Project Leadership
Manage solution delivery timelines, resources, and milestones.
Partner with project managers on status updates, risks, and issues.
Conduct solution testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
Technical Leadership
Mentor developers and team members.
Stay current on Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices.
Champion standards for solution design and deployment.
Client Engagement
Serve as the primary technical contact for clients.
Lead workshops and demos to highlight Dynamics 365 capabilities.
Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Proven success leading Dynamics 365 projects end-to-end.
Experience with modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
Experience with Azure services, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL.
Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
