About the role

  • Transformation Lead is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Solutions Architect to support the implementation Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution for our client. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. This is a hands-on architect role that blends solution design, implementation, and client engagement.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Architecture
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards.
  • Develop architecture diagrams, data models, and integration strategies.
  • Implementation & Customization
  • Configure, optimize, and extend Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Build plugins, workflows, and scripts to enhance functionality.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise platforms.
  • Project Leadership
  • Manage solution delivery timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Partner with project managers on status updates, risks, and issues.
  • Conduct solution testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
  • Technical Leadership
  • Mentor developers and team members.
  • Stay current on Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices.
  • Champion standards for solution design and deployment.
  • Client Engagement
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients.
  • Lead workshops and demos to highlight Dynamics 365 capabilities.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure long-term success.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Proven success leading Dynamics 365 projects end-to-end.
  • Experience with modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
  • Experience with Azure services, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
