Account Manager

• The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring sales targets are met within the market through the execution of the Olaplex professional sales strategy as well as the building and maintaining of key relationships with distributors, partners and colleagues. The Sales Manager acts as a trusted advocate for the company's distribution customers and for distributor customers in Spain, Italy, Turkey, Portugal, Malta, and Greece.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and other KPIs for the market are met
• Deliver best-in-class service and relationship building with customer principals, sales and education teams that result in disproportionate influence for the brand
• Build credible and collaborative working relationships with internal cross-functional/cross-channel colleagues
• Develop, execute and track joint business plans for the mutual growth of customers and the company
• Communicate consistently with salon distributor partners all matters relating to the management of their account, including promotional briefs, new product launches, in-salon/in-store merchandising, policy changes, terms and conditions, pricing, orders, credits & after sales support
• Regularly report on overall market activities and conditions as well as sales data and activities of customers
• Personally conduct strategy meetings and sales trainings both virtually and in person
• Proactively create, manage and ensure the accuracy of budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities and building contingency plans where necessary
• Visit key salons/pro stores to assess opportunities for improvement and report back to distributors and the company
• Identify any opportunities for improvement within distributor teams, procedures or processes and develop plans to address them collaboratively
• Assist distributors with the navigation of the company’s internal systems and processes
• Influence future professional initiatives and collaborations both at the brand and distributor level

Sales Operations Manager

• Provide administrative, reporting, and data entry support across multiple sales channels
• Work closely with sales leadership, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure information sharing and process completeness
• Create and manage product information database with cross-functional teams

• Ensure timely and efficient production schedules while meeting quality standards and timelines
• Manage and optimize relationships with contract manufacturers (CMOs) and fillers
• Cross-functional leadership across PM, QA, Distribution, and Demand planning to deliver flawless execution of the production plan
• Hold the team accountable to deliver production plans aligned with commercial goals
• Monitor sales trends and consumer demand to adjust planning assumptions accordingly
• Oversee day-to-day vendor management activities, including tracking, execution, and reconciliation
• Establish strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts for optimal cost, quality, and lead time

Senior Director, Planning, Procurement & Production

Sales

• Act as a key support for the International Sales team, assisting with calendar management, sales reporting, and product launch coordination
• Assist in planning and executing new product launches, including managing sample submissions, vendor and item set-up forms, sales sheets, and pricing
• Support forecast alignment and work with Operations to manage new item forms, contracts, orders, inventory, and forecasts
• Handle administrative and office coordination for the team
• Coordinate and communicate with select accounts, serving as a key liaison for day-to-day needs
• Organize and maintain team documents, files, assortments, promotional calendars, and sales reports
• Track and communicate promotional activities, including compiling competitive market intelligence
• Partner with the Education team to localize and distribute education assets to accounts
