Associate Manager, Social Media Community

Manager

• As the Associate Manager of Global Logistics, you will be the engine behind our international supply chain. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will bridge the gap between strategy and daily execution. You’ll ensure our inventory moves seamlessly across borders while holding our global partners to the highest standards of service and cost-efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end execution of international shipments, ensuring smooth flow through our global network across all modes of transit. Including ownership of data entry into ERP systems, reviewing customs paperwork to ensure products ship on time, within budget, and seamless delivery of final product to our end consumer.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Distribution, Procurement and Planning, Accounting to plan, prioritize, and resolve bottlenecks in real-time for logistics activities.
• Utilize analytical skill set to problem solve in real-time, ship to trade dates escalations, freight issues, and shipment costs.
• Own and analyze open transfer report to influence key stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Monitor partners against multiple KPIs and SLAs, which will include on time deliveries, on time pick ups, and invoice accuracy.
• Gather and review raw performance data to enable actionable insights and deliverables.
• Oversee the automated 3PL invoice lifecycle by completing reviews, providing approvals, and ensuring carrier payment compliance while maintaining an accurate ledger.

Associate Manager, Global Logistics

Ecommerce

• Responsible for product setup within Shopify across all markets. Ensuring on-time launches with best-in-class execution
• Supports the Associate Manager eCommerce – Site Merchandising with local site content refreshes within Shopify (including promotion setup & supporting campaign content i.e. HP billboard, PLP touts, etc)
• Supports Associate Manager eCommerce – Site Merchandising with creative brief creation & tracking brief from end to end (i.e. asset handoff)

Coordinator, Global E-Commerce Site Merchandising

• Support Senior Director, Retail Sales of on a day-to-day business needs for Sephora North America
• Own internal and external core team touch base meeting agendas

• This individual is responsible for partnering with the retailer and internal cross functional teams to deliver and exceed OLAPLEX’s objectives.
• The Manager will help develop and drive channel strategy by optimizing brand representation at all touch points to maximize sell-in & sell-out and drive initiatives to increase channel profitability.
• Key to this role is understanding and communicating what is needed from each cross-functional team to deliver the best execution of core and innovation support plans, working across product strategy, education, field sales, creative, inventory planning, global marketing, and operations.
• Know the business inside & out, in each channel; share regular, comprehensive sales recaps to management and cross functional teams, and use knowledge of day-to-day business results to inform overall account strategy.
• Independently manage existing Accounts as the direct point of contact for day-to-day business needs, recurring calls, and meetings.

• Lead the site merchandising strategy for our locales, ensuring that the OLAPLEX journey is seamless, educational, and optimized for growth.
• Manage the end-to-end setup of promotions across all Shopify stores
• Optimize site navigation, search functionality, and collection sorting based on regional trends and seasonality
• Manage and maintain site features & functionality that are integral to the user experience, including but not limited to the Hair Quiz, Subscribe & Save, etc

• Manage the end-to-end CLM process, including intake, workflow automation, approval tracking, execution, and filing
• Ensure all legal records are effectively organized and searchable
