Associate Manager, Global Logistics

Supply Chain

• Oversee and hold 3PL partners accountable for end-to-end fulfillment (receiving to shipping), ensuring strict adherence to SLA and KPI benchmarks
• Evaluation of 3PL warehouse performance metrics, recommending and implementing improvements or corrective action
• Optimize the order cycle—from picking and packing to shipping—to reduce cycle times and improve fulfillment rates
• Develop and execute a multi-year cost-optimization roadmap
• Identify and deploy process changes to improve and strengthen warehouse excellence

Distribution Manager

• Manually enter orders for non-EDI customers, gratis, special promotions and other internal requests
• Review and release wholesale sales orders for processing to customers
• Communicate any required order changes or special instructions to the warehouse
• Communicate internally regarding expected shipping schedule. Ensure that orders are shipping within the required ship window/to be delivered by the required date
• Manage the flow of EDI based transactions, processing all aspects of EDI applying bulks to orders, resolving errors, reviewing daily EDI summary, set-up and testing

Project Management Director – Innovation

Procurement

• The NPD Procurement Manager is responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of manufacturing to support our Innovation product pipeline.
• This role will maximize service level performance of our vendors for on-time delivery of projects.
• In partnership with NPD Ops, the NPD Procurement Manager will provide weekly procurement updates and manage the production timelines.
• This role requires a close partnership with the several departments to include but not limited to Project Management, Supply Chain (Quality, Sourcing, Logistics), Accounting, and Finance to facilitate all the cross functional needs as it pertains to raw materials, packaging, and finished good production.
• Develop production schedules for innovation, seasonal kits and samples with contract manufacturers and coordinate component deliveries to meet on-time product launches
• Drive procurement and production lead-time discussions for NPI and consulted in timeline development with NPD Ops
• Create and issue all Innovation Purchase and work orders, ensure raw materials and finished goods are managed efficiently to ensure minimal excess inventory
• Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to NPD Ops and management promptly
• Support the new vendor on-boarding process in partnership with Sourcing, NPD Ops, Quality, and Logistics
• Ensure on-time item and bill of material creation and costing accuracy

• Product knowledge expert on all OLAPLEX products from pro service rituals to at-home products
• Work cross-functionally with innovation to ensure messaging, usage and positioning are aligned
• Development of training materials, class formats, and education programs for proper technical trainings
• Independently manage distributor relationships and be the brand contact for the day-to-day education needs
• Manage team of Regional Education Field Team, freelancers and advocates
• Monthly tracking reports to measure KPI’s of education
• Key education point of contact for all KOL (Key Opinion Leader) salons
• Work with KOL salons and chains to maximize OLAPLEX business
• Identify, develop and grow the freelancer team of educators based on business need

• Lead and manage activities across Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Education, IT, and Finance to ensure excellence in on-time execution for NPD and Non-NPD projects globally.
• Design and own strategic project plans, identifying critical path and accounting for cross-functional interdependencies.
• Clearly document and drive milestone adherence across teams. Set due dates/make revisions as needed, and own follow up to ensure tasks are met or contingencies developed.
