About the role

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Business Development and Data Center Solutions department
  • Efficiently process and distill a high volume of incoming information
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other critical documents
  • Manage confidential information with discretion
  • Proactively address and resolve administrative and technical challenges
  • Assist with project coordination
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
  • Schedule events with key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong technical proficiency with tools like Google Suite, Slack, Box, Atlassian, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
