About the role
- Support the requirements management process across complex, multidisciplinary engineering efforts
- Lead the configuration and use of Siemens Teamcenter Requirements for the development and management of requirements across engineering teams
- Collaborate with design, analysis, and regulatory teams to define and manage clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements
- Develop and maintain requirement hierarchies, traceability matrices, and verification plans
- Drive consistency and quality of requirements across technical disciplines to ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Train and support team members in the use of Siemens Teamcenter Requirements and best practices in requirements development
- Leverage systems thinking to support system owners/responsible engineers in ensuring system interfaces/ICDs are clearly defined and executed
- Champion requirements change control and configuration management processes
- Support the design and deployment of Oklo's products and services
