Serves as the primary subject matter expert within the Information Technology team
Collaborates with business analysts, architects, vendor partners, and other teams across the IT organization to deliver complex applications and services
Provides technical expertise by enforcing the vision of the application or service architecture
Leads code or design reviews
Analyzes results and makes recommendations to deliver quality products
Supports cross team technical collaboration
Identifies risks and design contingency plans
Conducts security audits
Oversees technology implementation and modification activities
Creates and delivers working, production-ready IT services
Leads the development of technology strategy and roadmap
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree: Computer and Information Science
5+ years with a bachelor’s degree or 12 – 15 years + without a bachelor’s across software development life cycle
5+ years' experience with Microsoft's Exchange environment.
Experience in Outlook Caching, Profiles and Add-Ins
Expertise in at least one technology stack designing, developing, testing, and/or delivering complex software (i.e., Power Automate, iOS, Android, .NET)
Experience in scripting technologies such as PowerShell
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Ability to facilitate quick and efficient technology resolutions to the team members
