About the role
- Serve as the lead functional expert for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)
- Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and operational leadership to guide complex initiatives
- Analyze workforce and labor data to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and standardization
- Collaborate closely with UKG and vendor teams to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- 5+ years of experience supporting UKG Pro WFM or similar workforce management systems
- Deep expertise in UKG configuration, integrations, and system architecture
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor compliance, and workforce governance
- Proficiency in configuring pay rules, accruals, scheduling rules, and timekeeping workflows
