- Manage all data and system support for employee benefit program implementations
- Oversee the technical operations of employee benefit programs and policies
- Lead internal and external programming teams in Workday
- Monitor ongoing data integrity and audit processes
- Develop reporting and analytic capabilities across employee benefit programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits operations
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- Experience following formal project management methodologies
- Deep understanding of Workday Benefits and Absence modules
- Key Workday experience with report/dashboard design and development
