Outside Sales

• Take ownership in managing the defined sales territory (e.g., Pacific Northwest)
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for Ohalo’s Founders Farm program in the defined sales territory
• Drive seed sales growth within the territory, from lead generation through close, carrying a quota
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and other key stakeholders
• Educate customers on Ohalo’s technology, value proposition, and product performance
• Collect and relay market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to internal teams
• Professionally represent Ohalo at field days, grower meetings, and industry events
• Travel regularly within the territory (~50%), including day trips and occasional overnight travel
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and forecasting using company tools and CRM systems

• Deliver 2026 and 2027 US sales outcomes.
• Source, close, and manage international growers.
• Define the targets: US and international sales outcomes require intervening goals and steps.
• Set the segments and build the team: Determine the optimal regions, headcount per region, and costs to deliver the target outcomes.
• Farmer Relationship Management: Ensure farmer expectations are set and met.
• Performance Reporting: Provide the leadership team with detailed sales pipeline and performance data with clear, data-driven forecasting and a "no-excuses" approach to hitting milestones.
• Market Intelligence: Deeply understand the market landscape and grower pain points to effectively position TPS as the transformative alternative to traditional seed potato.
