About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Programmatic Services Managers, including performance management and professional growth.
- Own escalation management and ensure successful launch, optimization, and delivery of programmatic campaigns that meet client KPIs.
- Manage a personal book of high-value programmatic accounts while modeling best-in-class campaign execution.
- Partner with Sales and Product to improve workflows, share client insights, and influence overall business strategy.
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through data-driven insights, standardized best practices, proactive communication, and industry expertise.
Requirements

- Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; ability to adapt to changing tides

- Familiarity with third-party tracking and online ad serving concepts
- You have solid communication skills and be confident communicating with other areas of the business
- You’re very analytical. You can organize and process large amounts of data and turn these into actionable items
- You proactively anticipate client needs and are committed to consistently exceeding service expectations.
