About the role

  • Lead end-to-end content production: from creative concept and pre-production to on-set execution and post-production polish.
  • Direct talent, coordinate crews, and ensure smooth, on-schedule shoots (studio & location).
  • Brainstorm and develop social content ideas aligned with cultural moments and campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, leveraging AI tools and innovative workflows for smarter, faster production.
  • Manage project budgets, pricing, and profitability targets.
  • Mentor junior producers, providing both creative and technical guidance.
  • Implement best practices to ensure high-quality, engaging content.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital content production and creative strategy across major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
  • Passion for creative storytelling across video, photo, and audio formats.
  • Strong technical expertise in filming, lighting, sound, and post-production; EU-certified drone piloting (STS-01) is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut; basic knowledge of Illustrator and After Effects.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end production workflows, from pre-production planning to final delivery and studio equipment management.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Degree in Film, Media Production, Digital Marketing/Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
