Social Media Manager

• Manage, schedule, and publish content across all client social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate the cross-platform social media content plan, optimizing and adjusting it based on performance and priorities.
• Travel to & attend client events & activations to create live or on-site authentic, native content tailored for social media on an ad-hoc basis.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to evaluate always-on & campaign effectiveness, while identifying areas for improvement.
• Co-develop and oversee the execution of the brand’s social media and content strategy in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Identify emerging trends, insights, and growth opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and community development.
• Write and adapt short-form copy in both Greek and English for posts and captions.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and performance summaries for internal and client teams.
