- Be the go-to for end-user inquiries

- Support new client onboarding including setup and training
- Maintain and improve existing support tools
- Manage Freshdesk workflows ensuring efficient ticket categorization
- Use integrated tools like Linear for escalating product-related issues
Requirements
- Organized, dependable, and take pride in solving customer problems quickly and clearly
- Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Excited to work with and improve existing support systems and workflows
- Enjoy cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Resourceful and thrive in environments where things move quickly and priorities shift
- Experience using Freshdesk or another customer support platform
- Experience with AI tools, support-desk automation, or setting up automated tasks that streamline and enhance support operations
- Looking to grow into more responsibility over time
- Not afraid to learn how the product works under the hood
