About the role
- Be the voice and support system for homeowners—managing communications, ensuring smooth project tracking, and upholding exceptional service from start to finish.\n
- Answer inbound calls and respond to homeowner inquiries with professionalism and warmth\n
- Manage project details and updates in Acculynx; Handle data entry and keep our CRM accurate and up-to-date\n
- Proactively reach out to homeowners before, during, and after projects to ensure satisfaction\n
- Route customer communications to the right internal teams\n
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer service experience (preferably in trades, home services, or construction)\n
- Are a clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English (minimal accent)\n
- Have a customer-first mindset and can engage comfortably with homeowners, insurance providers, and internal teams\n
- Are tech-savvy, quick to learn new software, and comfortable with virtual communication tools\n
- Are familiar with the roofing industry (a plus, but not required)
