• Define and maintain a 24–36 month roadmap for workplace management initiatives, include space planning, facilities requests, visitor management, and employee engagement features in the OfficeSpace platform.
• Perform continuous market and competitive analysis, with emphasis on emerging AI capabilities shaping the workplace industry.
• Lead research and discovery initiatives in partnership with the Design & User Research team to uncover customer needs and validate new concepts.
• Document findings in PRDs, epics, and iterative designs, ensuring innovative and AI-driven approaches are evaluated for feasibility and impact.
• Partner with Research, Design, Engineering, and Program Management to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of workplace management features.
• Act as a daily decision-maker for development teams, providing clarity on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes.
• Define clear success metrics and track adoption, efficiency improvements, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, personas, and go-to-market strategies that highlight workplace planning capabilities.

• Lead consultative and technical aspects of the sales process, including client-facing demonstrations and integration conversations
• Lead effective product and technical demonstrations that uncover needs and align value to client objectives
• Collaborate with account executives and internal teams to act as a trusted advisor and progress the sales cycle

• GTM Systems & Automation: Own RevOps tech stack strategy (SFDC, CPQ, Gong, Clari, Clay, etc.), manage GTM Systems team, agentify repeatable processes, and partner on AI-driven enablement.
• AI-Forward Operator: Exposure to modern tools (e.g., N8N, Clay, momentum, agent workflows, etc.), demonstrated use of automation or agentic workflows in ops contexts.
• Clear communicator who creates alignment, not noise
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats, context switching, and triaging the right next problem
