About the role

  • Serve as primary technical resource on qualified sales opportunities, partnering with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand prospect technical requirements, workflows and integration needs
  • Design, configure, and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospect use cases
  • Develop and execute proof of concepts (POCs) that validate technical fit and business value
  • Lead technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses, including solution design and technical writing
  • Serve as technical SME on sales calls, addressing objections and building consensus among technical buyers
  • Partner with Product team to communicate customer requirements and influence product roadmap
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions using available tools
  • Design workflows that demonstrate platform capabilities
  • Partner with technical writer to document technical solutions for internal and customer-facing use
  • Maintain technical asset library (demo scripts, POC templates, Solutions Documentation)

Requirements

  • Strong technical knowledge (software, cloud, networking, or industry-specific platforms)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business benefits
  • Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools, demo environments, or solution design tools
