Frontend Engineer

• Serve as the trusted first call for in-the-moment coaching on employee relations, performance management, and team dynamics.
• Act as a developmental editor for performance documentation (PIPs, annual reviews, and feedback) and build the toolkits and frameworks that equip managers to lead self-sufficiently across the frontline.
• Own the end-to-end design, launch, and project management of core people programs, including Performance Management, Merit/Promotion cycles, and Engagement Surveys.
• Act as the primary configuration and reporting lead for Culture Amp; producing executive-ready visualizations and identifying data trends to influence people strategy.
• Transform internal frameworks and leadership philosophies into professional, "ready-to-wear" toolkits and resources.
• Direct the administrative lifecycle for nearshore professionals via the Globalization Partners portal, managing contracts, bonuses, and job changes.
• Facilitate the cultural onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring immediate alignment with OfferUp’s mission and values.
