Frontend Engineer

• Deeply understand user behavior, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities to re-engage and retain users through innovative product solutions
• Launch 0-to-1 product features and embed them into OfferUp’s core marketplace experience
• Define key metrics, design and execute A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate to optimize product performance and achieve growth targets
• Make fast, data-informed decisions to accelerate learnings and experimentation
• Lead the Local experience team and support the overall growth team and strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business analysts to drive alignment and delivery
• Communicate growth product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across the organization
• Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
