About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Research regulatory developments in areas relevant to the company
Draft and review a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, and statements of work
Maintain and update contract repository system
Help implement and improve legal team workflows and compliance processes
Draft and update Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other user-facing policies
Triage and respond to internal legal questions from business teams
Anything else that comes through the door!

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school; returning to school after the internship
Proven ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
Ability to take initiative, ask good questions, and figure things out
Able to manage a variety of fast-paced deadlines with a patient and positive attitude
Understand and respect the sensitive nature of confidential information
Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
