About the role
- Work closely with Talent leadership and execute the talent strategy.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Operate with a high level of urgency with a consultative approach to stakeholders.
- Expertly lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles.
- Leverage data insights and reporting to drive recruiting initiatives.
- Follow existing processes while identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
- Keep track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Be creative and flexible when strategically sourcing talent.
- Nurture trust-based, candidate relationships exemplifying a high level of candidate experience.
- Build an external talent network.
- Drive employer branding across diverse platforms.
- Extend employment offers.
Requirements
- MUST have a passion for AND professional experience recruiting within blockchain / web3 space.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full-lifecycle recruiting; prior tech startup experience is ideal.
- Possess extreme ownership and proactive mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Exceptional work ethic and highly coachable.
- Familiar with Lever or a comparable applicant tracking system.
- Strong planning and operational skills.
