• Respond to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish via phone, email, SMS, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking families and stakeholders, ensuring equitable access to program support.
• Translate or help adapt customer-facing communications and resources from English to Spanish as needed.

Security Engineer

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to proactively identify, assess, and remediate security risks across Odyssey's products and infrastructure, proposing enhanced controls and process improvements where needed
• Perform static and dynamic vulnerability assessments and drive remediation efforts through to resolution
• Evaluate security risks in AI systems and data pipelines, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to enhance threat detection, vulnerability analysis, and security operations
• Maintain and mature Odyssey's SOC 2 Type II program, ensuring a secure environment for vendors, customers, end-users, and employees
• Design and implement security controls across Odyssey's full technology stack — from application layer to cloud infrastructure
• Translate complex security findings into clear, actionable remediation steps for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Continuously audit policies, controls, and procedures to keep security practices ahead of an evolving threat landscape
• Embed security seamlessly into the developer workflow — including CI/CD pipelines, code review processes, and internal tooling — without compromising velocity

• Fully understand all of the elements important to the customer that may impact deployment and communicate this effectively with internal teams.
• Deploy Odyssey to our customers; ensuring successful completion of contractual requirements and go-live milestones.
• Build strong partnerships and lines of communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop deployment plans and lead these plans with State stakeholders and internal Odyssey teams, including Engineering, Product, and Support.
• Provide technical knowledge and understanding of Odyssey’s platform to various technical and non-technical stakeholders; driving deployment of technical solutions and configurations.
• Drive all customer growth and adoption, leading to successful renewal.
• Ensure we’re deploying customers in a scalable and effective way.
