Own interview scheduling across all roles. You will set up interviews via Google Calendar and our ATS, and ensure a seamless, well-communicated candidate journey.
Support sourcing for hard-to-fill or business-critical roles. You will use outbound outreach, referrals, and creative tactics to attract high-quality candidates.
Build talent pipelines and map the market for key roles. This ensures we are always ahead of future hiring needs.
Support onboarding to create a smooth, well-organised experience from offer to first day. This includes IT setup, equipment, and coordination across teams.
Maintain and update our HRIS (Deel), ensuring employee data, policies, and workflows are accurate, efficient, and easy to use.
Help organise offsites, team events, and socials that bring people together and reflect Odin’s culture and values.
Track benefits and learning and development usage, making sure employees know what is available and engagement is reviewed regularly.
Manage company swag, equipment, and perks, ensuring employees feel valued and supported with the tools they need.
Contribute to wider People and Talent projects across onboarding, engagement, employer brand, and team experience.
Requirements
You are passionate about people and culture, with exposure to or interest in People Ops such as onboarding, engagement, systems, or employee experience.
You are proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with reliable follow-through.
You are data-driven and will be comfortable working with people metrics and HR systems.
You are a clear and thoughtful communicator who adapts well across async, written, and in-person settings.
You are a people person who enjoys building relationships and creating positive experiences for others.
You are curious and improvement-minded, always looking for ways to make processes better.
You remain calm and clear under pressure, with strong prioritisation skills.
