Requirements
Recent graduate, especially someone who’s studied subjects like Psychology, Languages, or similar fields
Passionate about people and culture, with exposure to or interest in People Ops such as onboarding, engagement, systems, or employee experience
Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented, with reliable follow-through
Data-driven and comfortable working with people metrics and HR systems
Clear and thoughtful communicator who adapts well across async, written, and in-person settings
Enjoys building relationships and creating positive experiences for others
Curious and improvement-minded, always looking for ways to make processes better
Remains calm and clear under pressure, with strong prioritisation skills
Experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment is a nice to have
Strong sourcing ability with a high bar for both quality and culture fit
