About the role
- Work closely with Product to embed fund logic into the platform.
- Build the operational structure for fund administration from first principles.
- Own fund administration across various fund structures.
- Handle fund tax & reporting mechanics.
- Own interactions with external auditors on funds.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex fund questions.
- Ensure integrity across capital accounts and fund-level data.
- Contribute to complex or high-value operational projects related to fund structures.
Requirements
- You are a qualified accountant with strong technical grounding.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience and are comfortable taking full ownership of complex financial processes.
- You have direct exposure to fund structures or closely related environments.
- You think in systems and naturally look for ways to tighten controls and improve integrity.
- You communicate clearly, particularly with sophisticated stakeholders.
- You’re precise, logical and calm under pressure.
- You’re motivated by raising standards rather than maintaining the status quo.
- Naturally look for opportunities to automate and improve systems.
