About the role

  • Own the "growth loop" that maximises conversion of prospects & existing customers into new revenue.
  • Use modern GTM tooling, marketing automation and whatever else it takes to generate high-quality MQLs for the sales team.
  • Ideate, test and improve product-led growth loops that compound over time.
  • Work with external agency partners and other team members on viral marketing campaigns, AI SEO, or whatever else helps us to capture and convert ICP prospects into MQLs.
  • Diagnose where revenue is getting stuck and unblock it.
  • Measure & maximise conversion to revenue, and reduce cycle time.
  • Create a structured sales engine and all the systems & assets the commercial team need to operate it, whether it’s CRM workflows, playbooks, sales collateral, pricing documentation or case studies.
  • Own & drive CRM integrity, forecasting accuracy and clear performance visibility across the entire growth loop.

Requirements

  • Experience building PLG motions, activation loops or pipeline systems in high-velocity environments.
  • Helped move a company from founder-led sales to structured, repeatable growth.
  • Built and sold, with experience creating demand and designing the motion & systems around it.
  • A strong performer who thinks outside the box
  • Clear commercial judgement
  • Structured thinking in complex, ambiguous environments
  • Excellent problem solving
  • Speed & bias for action - you get things done
  • Fluency with modern GTM tooling and AI. Ability to "think lazy but work hard", maximising your leverage
  • A genuine appetite for ownership at a company entering a defining stage
