About the role
- Design and continuously evolve Odaseva’s global HR operating model.
- Establish global standards, policies, and processes while allowing for regional flexibility.
- Collaborate closely with the CHRO and regional / functional HR leaders.
- Enablement Partner with senior HR and business leaders for strategic workforce planning.
- Build global people metrics and dashboards to measure HR effectiveness.
- Define the global strategy and governance for multi-country payroll and benefits programs.
- Design and oversee global frameworks for talent development and learning.
- Develop global employee engagement and retention strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated growth and leadership potential.
- Extensive knowledge of labor laws, jurisprudence and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR best practices, compliance, and talent development in high-growth technology companies.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, data-driven decision-making, and technology tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full professional fluency in English.
