About the role

  • Design and continuously evolve Odaseva’s global HR operating model.
  • Establish global standards, policies, and processes while allowing for regional flexibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the CHRO and regional / functional HR leaders.
  • Enablement Partner with senior HR and business leaders for strategic workforce planning.
  • Build global people metrics and dashboards to measure HR effectiveness.
  • Define the global strategy and governance for multi-country payroll and benefits programs.
  • Design and oversee global frameworks for talent development and learning.
  • Develop global employee engagement and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8-12 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated growth and leadership potential.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor laws, jurisprudence and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR best practices, compliance, and talent development in high-growth technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, data-driven decision-making, and technology tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
