You'll wear many hats, touching various aspects of our business as we build it from the ground up. You convince the first corporate customers and lay the foundation for our growth.
Acquisition & Pipeline Development – Identify, engage, and qualify ICPs both online and offline in close collaboration with Marketing – from initial contact to deal closure.
Consultative Selling – Conduct discovery calls and product demos, develop a deep understanding of customer processes and craft tailored solution concepts.
Pitching & Negotiation – Deliver compelling product presentations, prepare proposals and independently manage contract negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
Onboarding & Implementation – Guide new customers through implementation, including training, process integration and success measurement.
Customer Retention & Growth – Build long-term relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and drive upselling and renewal initiatives.
Feedback & Product Development – Work closely with the product team to relay customer insights and evolving market requirements.
Reporting & Process Optimization – Use CRM tools to manage the pipeline, analyze key metrics, and continuously improve sales and success processes.
Requirements
Sales runs in your veins – you love turning great conversations into lasting partnerships. Talking to strangers is your superpower.
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the HR tech and/or mobility space.
Strong consultative selling and discovery abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
Hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude with the drive to build structures from scratch.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently and independently.
Empathetic and confident communicator with high emotional intelligence.
Resilient, patient, and persuasive – able to navigate long sales cycles and complex deals.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
