Project Manager

• Manage product development projects (pre- and post-marketing) for drugs and drug/device combination products in the business units
• Propose, initiate, plan, monitor, document and close complex projects

• Report progress, communicate risk and escalate issues to the Steering Group and executive management

Principal

• Lead the development of global clinical strategies across all phases of clinical development
• Develop integrated, patient-centric clinical development plans aligned with scientific, regulatory and business objectives
• Provide strategic oversight for study concepts, clinical protocols and key development deliverables
• Drive innovative clinical development approaches, including novel trial designs and real-world evidence generation
• Partner with Regulatory Affairs to support global regulatory strategies and health authority interactions

Payroll

• Ensure accurate and compliant monthly payroll processing for employees in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
• Act as the subject matter expert for payroll, social security, pension funds, taxation and payroll-related legislation.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding documentation.
• Liaise with social security authorities, insurance providers and external stakeholders regarding registrations, declarations and payroll matters.
• Maintain personnel records and electronic personnel files, ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
• Coordinate payroll payments, year-end activities, audits and statutory reporting.
• Support HR budgeting, reporting and government statistics.
• Advise employees and managers on payroll-related questions, policies and procedures.
• Continuously improve payroll processes, documentation and compliance standards.

• Define and execute the global Quality Applications strategy, ensuring digital solutions support business objectives, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence
• Act as the strategic IT Business Partner for Global Quality and Manufacturing, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions

• Perform ongoing, in-depth review of clinical trial data across multiple studies (e.g., EDC, IVRS, safety, central laboratory databases)
• Identify data inconsistencies, missing data, protocol deviations, and outliers at patient and site level
• Manage simultaneous data review across multiple small trials, ensuring consistency in oversight
• Review and initiate targeted queries for critical or inconsistent data points
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to avoid repetitive errors
• Detect protocol deviations through data review
• Act as a central point of contact for data-related issues
