About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handling general administrative tasks within the Clinical R&D department
- Organizing meetings and business trips, including related documentation
- Managing incoming invoices and reporting facility and IT equipment issues at the department level
- Organizing onboarding and offboarding activities for new employees
- Providing various support for clinical trials, other departmental projects, and ordering study equipment
- Liaising with internal departments as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed education (secondary school or higher)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Strong IT skills
- Professional proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and to meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and attentive to detail
