AI Agent Experience Designer

Artificial Intelligence

• Own the full AI agent build process - prompts, workflows, integrations, telephony setup, and evaluation forms.
• Lead weekly demos, show progress, gather feedback, and act as the primary technical point of contact once a solution is defined.
• Configure APIs, data maps, authentication, error handling, and connect to CRMs, databases, or knowledge systems.
• Set up SIP/CCaaS/PSTN routing, pass metadata, configure fallbacks, and troubleshoot call quality.
• Monitor performance, refine prompts, test iteratively, and ensure agents meet automation and containment targets.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable solutions; work consultatively to unblock challenges in security, connectivity, or knowledge ingestion.
• Collaborate with product/engineering teams for deep technical fixes and platformization, while independently leading client delivery.

AI Agent Engineer

General Counsel

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and any associated ancillary agreements.
• Advise sales and the business on legal risks and liabilities (i.e. data use, privacy, and AI-specific considerations, etc.) offering practical, risk-balanced paths to signature.
• Serve as a business partner and provide practical, real-time legal counsel to help achieve business goals while maintaining a balanced risk profile.
• Collaborate with other teams, including finance, security, and product to align internal operations with external commitments.
• Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate deal closures, including maintaining and developing templates, fallbacks and clause libraries. Contribute to the creation of deal-desk guard rails and escalation criteria with the Head of Commercial Legal.
• Operationalize contracting with our CLM/ATS/CRM stack (e.g., Ironclad/DocuSign/Salesforce): accurate metadata, playbooked approvals, and clean handoffs to Order Ops/Finance.
• Enable the field with short trainings, FAQs, and one-pagers on common positions (data residency, AI model use, uptime/credits, termination, IP/feedback).
• Stay up-to-date on legal and regulatory developments impacting the AI and SaaS industries, including privacy regulations.

Commercial Counsel

Sales

• Own GTM onboarding end-to-end (AEs, SDRs, Channel, AMs, SEs): design 30/60/90 plans, define success metrics (e.g., time-to-first-meeting/opportunity, ramp time, certification completion), and track outcomes in Salesforce, Zoom Revenue Accelerator, and BoostUp.
• Build multi-modal learning: live sessions, async paths, certifications/badges, role plays, call libraries, playbooks, and virtual workshops tailored to role and segment.
• Codify CX GenAI sales plays: value-based messaging for AI Agents/Copilots, discovery frameworks, ROI/TCO and business cases, plus foundational AI topics (LLMs, RAG concepts, risk & compliance narratives) translated for non-technical sellers.
• Launch readiness: package product releases into field-ready kits (talk tracks, demo guides, objection handling, competitive notes) and coordinate calendar/communications with PMM and Product.
• Content governance: maintain a single source of truth in our CMS/LMS (SalesHood), manage version control, tagging, and content analytics to ensure content is easy to access, up to date, and effective.
• Deal/practice enablement: identify top-performer behaviors from call analytics; convert them into repeatable programs that shorten ramp and lift attainment.
• Cross-functional partnership: partner with GTM teams (ie. Product, Marketing, etc.) on our sales motion, and what assets, content, capabilities and resources are needed to help us drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity
• Measure & iterate: collect feedback, run quick pulse checks, A/B test formats, and continuously improve based on performance data.

• Partner directly with senior Strategic Account Executives to identify, engage, and create opportunities within high-value prospects within target accounts.
• Conduct deep research into target accounts and decision-makers, leveraging tools, industry insights, and social networks to generate actionable intelligence.
• Work hand-in-hand with Strategic Account Executives on account planning, messaging design, and outreach execution, including tailored messaging and executive-level meetings and events.
• Synthesize market data and account context with GTM team to ensure personalized outreach tied to prospect priorities.
