About the role

  • Act as an integrated partner to our factory leadership teams, bringing forward-looking people insights and recommendations
  • Translate site-level operational needs into a clear, actionable People plan
  • Use data, observations, and business context to influence decision-making
  • Act as first point of contact for all People related inquiries from employees
  • Provide balanced guidance and execution on employee relations matters
  • Support core HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance, and data accuracy
  • Drive talent processes including talent acquisition and development conversations
  • Coach leaders and supervisors to strengthen leadership effectiveness and culture
  • Lead and support engagement, collaboration, and inclusion initiatives at both sites
  • Support organizational design choices that improve efficiency, clarity, and long-term capability
  • Contribute to strategic workforce planning for both factories
  • Build strong relationships across all levels—leaders, supervisors, and frontline colleagues
  • Champion a values-driven, positive employee experience
  • Partner with your global People Team in manufacturing, People Operations in NA and the wider People Team network
  • Balance strategic priorities with the daily needs of two manufacturing sites

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of professional HR experience
  • Experience partnering with leaders to align people initiatives with business objectives, acting as a strategic advisor and connector
  • Strong employee relations experience, including coaching managers, resolving conflicts, and navigating sensitive issues
  • Demonstrated capability in talent management and talent acquisition
  • Understanding of organizational design and workforce planning
  • Data fluency and ability to use people analytics to inform decisions and influence leaders
  • Strong influencing, relationship-building, and communication skills
  • Experience managing or supporting change initiatives, including communication, engagement, and adoption of new ways of working
