Software Engineer

• Create, lead and execute the development strategy for Oatly Barista Edition
• Identify and create genuine strong relationships which lead to mutually beneficially outcomes for Oatly and the top tier independent coffee shop
• Collect insight from the market about our products performance and share with the innovation team in order to improve our product performance
• Monitor our competitors and sharing insight about movements and create an action plan
• Create an Oatly network through building relationships, visiting coffee houses and roasters, and creating partnerships and meaningful relationships with customers, partners and the International Markets and global BMD team
• Encourage the understanding of how sustainability impacts the coffee industry
• Assist with the execution of larger events across Saudi Arabia and be flawless in representing the brand
• Represent the brand flawlessly and show real commitment to company values with positive energy and a deep product knowledge
• Report to the BMD Manager; location for the role is remote in Saudi Arabia, focused on Riyadh
