• Collaborate with Sales teams on key account objectives and identify opportunities to educate customers about plant-based foods, our categories, and our brand
• Build custom analyses using syndicated scan, consumer, and shopper card data, translating those insights into compelling presentations addressing each customer’s unique goals
• Leverage data as a foundational springboard from which all recommendations are built
• Be the functional expert on all syndicated data, including leading the optimization and development of Oatly insights reporting and scorecarding across the NA business unit
• Develop a mastery of Oatly’s category, customer, consumer, and competitive performance that will inform our narrative and recommendations
• Lead with a bias for the facts and demonstrate that Oatly’s category and insights leadership will help drive customer growth and profit

Manager, Category Management – Insights

Events

• Lead end-to-end event strategy, aligning with brand and creative goals.
• Manage large scale budgets, negotiate with suppliers and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
• Serve as the key contact for agencies and exhibitor houses, providing updates and executional milestones.
• Identify new areas for opportunities, within cross-functional teams, where the brand can show with purpose, distinction and showcase best in class activations.
• Lead development and tracking of long & short-term plans against each project.
• Maintain a keen eye on aesthetics and functionality during the physical build, ensuring everything aligns with the overall plan.
• Lead identification, hiring, and training of any on-site support, when necessary.
• Logistical planning and onsite support for other areas outside of trade-specific: mobile touring, pop-ups, HQ support, and other experiential needs that arise.
• Collaborate with event management, addressing potential problems as they arise.
• Manage individual budgets while aligning with the manager to stay within targets.
• Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple individuals are involved in a project. Ensuring synergy, collaboration & connectivity
• Ability to measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Travel required for the set-up, execution, and dismantling of identified events (travel dependent upon trade season ~30%)

Senior Event Producer

Business Development Rep

• Be out and about, speaking to customers and prospects across Glasgow and Edinburgh – those sites will mostly be coffee shops, hotels, bakeries and restaurants, but there may be more places.
• Identify sites that don’t currently stock Oatly and pitch and convert them to the Oatly dream, resulting in them becoming a partner.
• Be comfortable having conversations on pricing and run a simple price negotiation to agree a new listing.
• Build relationships with sites that already stock Oatly and work with them to find ways to add more value to our customers and to Oatly by leveraging our internal toolkit.
• Run simple events for sites such as drinks giveaways, activations or tastings.
• Attend industry and community events in your region to learn about the industry and help make Oatly an integral part of it.
• Over time, become an expert on the world of coffee, as well as other hot drinks and cold drinks containing milk.
• Understand the customers operating in this area and be tuned in to the very latest drinks trends.
• Maintain the CRM for all of your customers as well as produce reports about your regions.

• Ensure high-quality master data across enterprise systems like ERP (D365) and EDI platforms
• Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable data pipelines using modern tools and best practices
• Drive automation and contribute to making AI a core capability within Oatly
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver smart, data-driven solutions
• Support agile ways of working, facilitating collaboration and continuous improvement
• Contribute to and improve our data governance practices and processes
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to enable efficient and reliable delivery
• Work closely with master data stewards to ensure strong data ownership and consistency

Master Data Automation Engineer

Public Relations

• Input into and execute Oatly’s North American Public Relations strategy, to promote overall strategic priorities across business, consumer, and industry media
• Help Oatly manage its brand reputation both proactively and reactively with media, consumers, partners, and other external stakeholders
• Build, maintain, and strengthen key reporter relationships
• Directly engage with media and external partners on behalf of the brand
• Secure strategic press coverage across print, digital, and broadcast media, including features and product placement
• Manage day-to-day relationships with PR agencies, influencer agencies, and other external support
• Collaborate and coordinate work with public relations colleagues globally
• Act as the go-to comms partner for North American nutrition and sustainability directors
• Lead Oatly’s mission-based storytelling in North America
